Wetlands Institute
The primary experience for ASPin-situCC participants.
Chelonian Research Institute
Dr. Peter Pritchard's CRI has the most diverse collection of chelonians in the world. ASPin-situCC participants have been welcome to the CRI since 2001. Dr. Pritchard has collaborated with several past ASPin-situCC participants in their countries on reserach and conservation projects.
Cape May County Benefit Motorcycle Poker Run For The Turtles
Karen and Charlie Buckley have the most 'out of the shell' community based conservation project in the United States. ASPin-situCC participants are lucky to be able to help with this annual one day event. Dr. Tom Wilson's lab at UTC
My UTC project focuses on riverine turtles of the Tennessee River. The graduate and undergraduate students working in my laboratory are using descriptive, comparative, and experimental studies to answer questions about the population and community ecology of riverine turtles in the Tennessee River Gorge.

When George Heinrich received ASPin-situCC participants, he did so through the Gopher Tortoise Council's Visiting Southeast Asian Turtle Researcher Project (VSATRP).

M.Firoz Ahmed from Assam India was an ASPin-situCC participant in 2002. He is the Division Head for Herpetological Research and Conservation for Aaranyak.
Society for Conservation of Nature
Rajeev Chauhan is from Uttar Pradesh India. As secretary General for SCoN, he is well placed to make a great impact for cummunity based conservation in India.
AHM Ali Reza.
Reza, with this link to his personal webpage, is a multi-talented man. He was the ASPin-situCC participant for 2004, and came to the program from Bangladesh.

Turtle Survival Alliance
The TSA is a joint interdisciplinary working group of the IUCN Tortoise and Freshwater Turtle Specialist Group (TFTSG). ASPin-situCC participants present at annual meetings.
California Turtle and Tortoise Club
Several chapters and chapters' members of CTTC have directly contributed funds, time, and expertise to the ASPin-situCC.

Toronto Zoo
Bob Johnson, Curator of Herps at the Toronto Zoo has made sure that several years of support by the Chelonian Advisory Group have been matched by his Zoo. The link is to the Reptile and Amphibian Conservation page at the Toronto zoo.

Map Turtles
Map Turtles are only present in North America and are very similar in many ways to the Tent turtles (Kachuga) of Asia.
New York Turtle and Tortoise Society
NYTTS members and web presence greatly helped the ASPin-situCC in its early establishment. 

NYTTS.org was the first web presence of what has become know as the "Asian Turtle Crisis," now a dominant feature of many ex-situ and in-situ turtle conservation efforts througout the world.

Idea Wild
This NGO supports conservation biologists through grants for equipment to study native flora and fuana throughout the world. There are also many great fundraising suggestions to facilitate their mission.
