  The TSA is a joint interdisciplinary working group of the IUCN Tortoise and Freshwater Turtle Specialist Group (TFTSG). Whenever possible, ASPin-situCC participants will present at the annual meetings.

• New York Turtle and Tortoise Society (NYTTS)
  NYTTS members and web presence greatly helped the ASPin-situCC in its early establishment. NYTTS.org was the first web presence of what has become known as the "Asian Turtle Crisis", now a dominant feature of many ex-situ and in-situ turtle conservation efforts throughout the world.
